Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your access to CloudLeek at cloudleek.com, including its curriculum, accounts, labs, AI mentor, projects, reviews, certificates, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CloudLeek's operating legal entity and mailing address are pending formation and will be inserted here before paid public launch. Until then, this document is a counsel-review draft and not an operative representation of a formed company.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must consent to and supervise your use. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to security@cloudleek.com. We may require age or guardian verification where law requires it.
3. Plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation
CloudLeek offers Free, Pro, and Career access. Current prices and included features appear on the pricing page; at this draft's date, Pro is $15 monthly or $120 annually and Career is $29 monthly or $249 annually. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew for the same interval until canceled.
You may cancel through account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Unless law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself create a refund. Annual renewal notices will be sent approximately 30 days before renewal. Price changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice.
Refunds, review-order treatment, and mandatory consumer-law exceptions are described in the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
4. Service and educational limitations
CloudLeek is a self-paced educational service, not an accredited school, certification authority, employer, legal adviser, or career-placement service. Completion, scores, certificates, reviews, and AI responses do not guarantee employment, admission, certification, interview performance, or any other outcome. Features and content may change for product, security, reliability, or legal reasons.
5. Acceptable use and labs
You must not:
- escape, probe, attack, persist in, or bypass the lab sandbox or access controls;
- run malware, cryptocurrency mining, spam, scanning, denial-of-service, or unlawful workloads;
- access another user's data or interfere with the Service or third parties;
- scrape, resell, redistribute, or train models on CloudLeek content without written permission;
- upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; or
- circumvent entitlements, quotas, rate limits, grading, or security safeguards.
Labs are ephemeral, monitored for security, time-limited, and may be terminated without notice. Do not place secrets or personal information in a lab.
6. AI mentor
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe. Verify it independently and do not use it as professional, legal, medical, financial, or security advice. Do not submit secrets, personal data, or third-party confidential information in prompts. We may impose limits, moderate misuse, and change or discontinue AI providers.
7. Content and intellectual property
CloudLeek and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, curriculum, software, branding, and materials. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning while your account is in good standing. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and adapt it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
Information you intentionally publish through profiles, portfolios, badges, or certificates may be viewed and copied by others. Remove private information before publishing.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using or delete your account through settings. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, legal requirements, or harm to others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation. To the extent permitted by law, CloudLeek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost data, profits, or opportunity. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid CloudLeek in the preceding 12 months.
These limitations do not exclude liabilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
10. Connecticut law and disputes
Subject to non-waivable rights under the law where you live, Connecticut law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the Connecticut state or federal courts with jurisdiction over the operator's eventual principal place of business. This draft does not include a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver; counsel must approve any future change.
11. Changes, notices, and contact
We may update these Terms. We will identify material changes by date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. If a change materially harms your rights, it will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
