What is CloudLeek?
CloudLeek is a self-paced DevOps learning platform with lessons, practice, isolated labs, progress tracking, projects, and career-preparation features. It is not an accredited school and does not guarantee employment or third-party certification.
Which plans are available?
Free, Pro, and Career plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans may be monthly or annual and renew until canceled. Features and current prices shown at checkout control if older marketing copy differs.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Cancel through account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Eligibility for subscription and human-review refunds is explained in the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Are lab files permanent?
No. Labs are isolated, ephemeral, time-limited environments and may be reclaimed. Save permitted work elsewhere and never enter production secrets or personal information.
Can I rely on the AI mentor?
Treat AI responses as suggestions that require verification. They can be wrong. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal data, or confidential third-party information.
Are profiles and certificates public?
Public progress, portfolios, badges, and certificates are intended to be opt-in. Anything published may be viewed or copied by others. Review your settings and remove personal information before sharing.
How do I export or delete my data?
Use account settings where available or email privacy@cloudleek.com. Export and deletion limitations, retention, and privacy rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
Who can use CloudLeek?
Users must be at least 13. Minors require parent or guardian involvement where applicable. Additional guardian consent may be required for AI or public features.
